CRITICAL Update: Ugandan Government Directive to ARREST all Homosexuals August 21, 2007

Today, on Radio 1, the Ugandan Government issued a directive to arrest all homosexuals.  This directive was given by the Deputy Attorney General.
Please be on standby in case of need for urgent action, as emergency responders, lobbyists, lawyers, campaigners, media outlets, and friends.
