The International Coordinating Committee of the International Campaign
on WHRDs (WHRD-ICC) governs and facilitates this initiative. It will
coordinate this campaign until the international consultation in November
2005. By adopting the campaign in their organizational agenda, the
WHRD-ICC conducts activities and commits financial and other resources
to carry out the campaign.
